SUP and kite offer different experiences. In SUP you use a paddle with the board; in kite you learn a kite-powered system. Choose according to what you want to learn rather than the appearance of a photograph.

A brief visit may allow an introduction, but should not be presented as guaranteed independence. Ask what each activity covers within the booked block. Compare actual objectives and included support as well as price and duration.
