Connect location and timing
Save the date, arrival time and expected activity time. Ask whether the location will be reconfirmed closer to the session according to conditions. An old message may no longer represent the agreed arrangement for that day.
Share the location with your driver
Send the link and clarify where you can get out with your belongings. Mention bulky equipment if applicable. You do not need to post booking details publicly to coordinate a private transfer.
If you cannot find the responsible person
Use the contact in your confirmation and wait for instructions in a suitable place. Avoid entering the preparation area or taking equipment on the assumption it belongs to your lesson. Clear identification on arrival supports an organised start.
