Timing is part of the service
Confirm arrival time, duration and return time. A sunset photograph does not prove every booking includes that moment. Organisation must include preparation and return as well as time on the board.
Conditions before photographs
Attractive light does not determine whether wind and water conditions are suitable. Ask when departure is confirmed and what alternative applies if it changes. Do not extend the outing to obtain an image outside the agreed plan.
Check the format
Distinguish rental, guiding and photography. If you want images, confirm who takes them and from where without distracting the activity leaders. A personal phone should not interfere with instructions or equipment use either.
Plan afterwards
Prepare dry clothes and transport based on confirmed facilities. Allow equipment-return time before dinner or an onward journey. An excessively tight schedule can pressure decisions that should depend on the activity and its conditions.
