Map the journeys you need
Count how often you will travel to the practice area and from where. Apparently cheaper accommodation may add frequent transfers. Compare total cost and available time without assuming a short map distance guarantees a quick journey.
Arrange both directions
Ask about outward and return journeys, equipment capacity and return flexibility. Know how to report a changed session time. Avoid relying on finding a vehicle with space for a board or long bag at the last minute.
Coordinate the exact meeting point
Use the location link confirmed by the school and distinguish beach access from the actual meeting point. Save a contact and a visual reference. A general name such as La Boquilla does not tell the driver exactly where to drop you off.
Decide what to transport
If renting locally, check requirements and availability before travelling without your gear. If bringing it, ask about accommodation storage. Fewer journeys with bulky bags can simplify the trip, but do not assume unconfirmed services.
