Booked duration and concentration
A package of several hours need not be completed in one block. Ask how it can be distributed and what availability exists to continue it. The arrangement should consider experience, conditions and your ability to follow instructions attentively.
Include time around the lesson
Travel, preparation, changing and meals take up part of the day. Another activity immediately afterwards can turn a flexible session into a race against time. State your actual return deadline before agreeing on the teaching block.
Speak up when practice quality drops
Tell the instructor if you stop understanding instructions or repeat errors through tiredness. They can reassess, pause or finish the exercise. This guide does not set a universal physical limit: a suitable duration cannot be inferred from one figure for all students.
Prioritise workable continuity
A schedule with room to adjust lets you use suitable windows without forcing every afternoon. Agree how the next session will be confirmed and the package time remaining. Clear records distinguish rest, weather-related waiting and instruction actually delivered.
