What the price includes
Request a list separating the route, guide, equipment and transport. Clarify whether the return journey is included or booked separately. A per-participant rate does not automatically explain custody of belongings during the trip.
Communication at the finish
Ask who meets the group, how arrival is confirmed and what happens if the plan changes. Save the indicated contact and follow the briefing. Do not schedule an onward connection solely from the route’s nominal duration.
Equipment return and closing
With rental gear, confirm where inspection and return take place. Count components before boarding the vehicle and report incidents. Closing the logistics with the responsible person avoids leaving an item at another location without a custody record.
