Give dimensions and quantities
A booking for two passengers does not describe a long board bag. Send the number of bags and their external dimensions to the transport provider. Include ordinary suitcases and companions so actual capacity can be confirmed; “sports baggage” alone is insufficient.
Confirm the specific service
Request the meeting point, vehicle identification, price and destination. Use the agreed contact to update arrival details if your flight changes. Booking a lesson does not imply an included airport transfer.
Separate accommodation from the beach
Your accommodation may differ from the session location. Plan each journey with its precise destination and where luggage will stay before the activity. Arriving directly with every suitcase requires additional space and custody arrangements.
Avoid overly tight timing
Baggage collection, travel and preparation use part of your available window. Do not schedule a lesson immediately after landing without explaining the plan. Ask about an alternative if flight delays prevent arrival at the agreed time.
